1. Who we are
WorldAds Directory operates worldadsdirectory.com, a platform where users publish and respond to classified advertisements. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Our role
We provide a venue for advertisements. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, inspect, guarantee or take possession of any item, property, service or vacancy advertised. Contracts formed between users are between those users alone.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the text and images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You confirm you have the right to sell what you advertise and the right to use the images you upload.
5. Moderation
Every advertisement is reviewed before publication. We may refuse, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, and we may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. We do not guarantee any listing will be published or remain published.
6. Prohibited items and conduct
You must not advertise anything whose sale is unlawful in the jurisdiction where the transaction takes place. This includes but is not limited to weapons where restricted, controlled drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, tobacco and alcohol where restricted, prescription medicines, live animals in breach of local welfare law, human remains, personal data, and any sexual service.
You must not post misleading advertisements, impersonate another person, scrape the site, or use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.
7. Fees
Publishing a standard advertisement is free. Optional paid features may be offered to increase a listingu2019s visibility. Paid features are chargeable when purchased and are not refundable once the promotion has begun, except where required by law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from dealings between users, from reliance on any advertisement, or from any interruption to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Traders using the platform have separate legal obligations to consumers, including in relation to cancellation and returns.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law

Note for the site owner
This draft is a structural starting point, not legal advice, and I am not a lawyer.
